This cooking class will show you how easy it is to make authentic Chinese style vegetable and meat dumplings (fried and steamed).  After we make the dumplings we’ll sit and eat!  We will also make extra dumplings for the Homeless Shelter that night.

What to Expect:

• Your instructor will take you from start to finish the process of making dumplings including folding techniques.
• During the process the group will have opportunities to ask questions as well as socialize.
• After we have cooked the dumplings we will sit and eat.
• The class takes place in the kitchen of the homeless shelter we volunteer at.

Cost:  $40 General Members / $30 Lifetime VIP Members (includes: class and food)

The Instructor: Dave Cervini (NYSN Founder) studied culinary arts at the New School and Peter Kumps and served as a sous-chef at hundreds of cooking classes.

Can I attend alone?

Right now, 98% of those participating attend alone. We are limited to 10 participants.
