It’s Mardi Gras time so celebrate with this fun hour of conversation and demonstration as we make a batch of our favorite Jambalaya.  From start to finish the dish will take you about an hour plus you can freeze the extra for future meals!  You can just watch and take notes or get the ingredients and cook along with NYSN founder Dave Cervini.

Dave studied at Peter Kumps and The New School programs for Culinary Arts and has been a sous-chef for over 100 professional cooking classes.
