There is nothing better than a hearty bowl of soup or chili on a cold winter day.  Join us for this fun and casual class where we will prepare a butternut squash soup, a beef chili and a vegetable chili!

What to Expect:

  • Your instructor will take you from start to finish the process of making the soups and chilis.
  • During the process the group will have opportunities to ask questions as well as socialize.
  • After we have cooked the soup and chili we will sit and eat. You can sample them all!
  • The class takes place in the kitchen of the homeless shelter we volunteer at. We will be making extra soup and chili for the shelter. (This is not a fancy cooking school but a professional kitchen.)

Cost:  $40 General Members / $30 Lifetime VIP Members (includes: class and soup and chili)

The Instructor: Dave Cervini (NYSN Founder) studied culinary arts at the New School and Peter Kumps and served as a sous-chef at hundreds of cooking classes.
