Peruvian chicken is a mouthwatering dish that you can only find in specialty restaurants!  It is actually easy to make and you can find out how while socializing with other members of NYSN!  You can help to prepare the meal or just take notes for when you want to make it on your own.  We’ll also have some delicious side dishes.  At the end of the class we’ll eat what we make plus we will make a little extra for the homeless shelter later that night.

What to Expect:

  • Your instructor will take you from start to finish the process of making all dishes.
  • During the process the group will have opportunities to ask questions, chop, mix as well as socialize.
  • After we have cooked all the dishes you can sample them all!
  • The class takes place in the kitchen of the homeless shelter we volunteer at. We will be making extra dishes for the shelter. (This is not a fancy cooking school, but a professional kitchen.)

Menu:

Peruvian Chicken

Solterito (a meatless dish packed with a medley of nutritious veggies and beans)

Spanish Rice and Beans

Cost:  $75 General Members / $65 Lifetime VIP Members (includes: class and meal)
