The Starchild Rooftop is a sophisticated air conditioned rooftop lounge perched 27 stories atop the Civilian Hotel in Midtown.  You’ll be treated to dazzling views and a stunning sunset over the Hudson as you socialize with other members on our network of groups.

Midsummer is celebrated around the various corners of the globe, including the States, and it is frequently looked upon as “the party of the year” in many countries.  Join up to 80 fun NYSN members and friends from several different social groups for this unique and fun way to celebrate the middle of summer! 

What to expect:

• NYSN hosts on hand to welcome you and introduce you to others at the event.
• Up to 80 members and friends coming together to mix, mingle network and connect, mostly ages 30s, 40s &50s.
• We will have several themed activities designed to get you socializing with everyone at the event.
• We will have a special space reserved for 0ur group.
• There will be specialty cocktails featured for the event called the “Sunchaser”.
• Music played at conversational levels plus a live DJ at 10pm.

Is this for singles?  This is for anyone looking to connect with others.

Can I come alone? Yes, most guests do! It’s a great way to meet new people.
