You don’t get more Jersey than Asbury Park. This is the town that put Bruce Springsteen or, The Boss, on the map and gave birth to Danny DeVito and Wendy Williams. This place has all the personality and chutzpah of its stars and you need to see it. It’s a seaside town with charm and grit. Rewrite your thoughts of the “Jersey Shore.”
Socialize with members of our group in a fun organized way as you stroll from The Asbury Park Casino to Bradley Cove/Dog Beach. Along the way you will see many historic sites including Convention Hall, The Stone Pony and the former Berkeley-Carteret Hotel now known as the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. There’s also great murals you may want to stop and snap photos of along the way! COVID-19 protocols will be in place.
Once the walk is over there are plenty more sights to see including many boardwalk attractions like the Silverball Retro Arcade. For those who wish to walk a little farther, the town of Ocean Grove is a Victorian marvel!
How it Works:
- The group will meet at 11:15 am sharp in front of The Asbury Park Casino.
- From there our host will randomly pair and rotate people as we walk up the Boardwalk.
- From end to end, it should take the group just over an hour. When we finish, we can go back and grab food and drinks at any of the several locations open on the boardwalk.
COVID-19 Protocols:
- Please do not come if you have been exposed. You may cancel up to one week prior for a refund. Within one week you will be given a credit to use for selected events.
- We will take temperatures when you arrive.
- Event limited to 20 people so there is space for everyone to be safe.
- Face masks must be worn while within close proximity.
Cost: $15 General Admission / $5 Lifetime VIP members. Includes walk and host fees only.
