Our Vegetable Chili is a staple dish on many of our group trips/weekends. It’s healthy, delicious and easy to make. Join us for a fun hour of conversation and demonstration as we make a batch of our favorite meal. From start to finish the dish will take you 45 minutes plus you can freeze it for future meals! You can just watch and take notes or get the ingredients and cook along with Dave.
Dave has studied at Peter Kumps and The New School programs for Culinary Arts and has been a sous-chef for over 100 professional cooking classes.

Dress Code:
Pajamas & t-shirts are acceptable (just, please be wearing clothes!). Also, we all realize that our beards are growing and our hair looks like hell. (Besides most computer cameras are not that clear anyway.)
