The Empire State Trail was completed in 2020 and runs from Battery Park to Canada and Buffalo.  Join us as we walk 6 miles of this 750 mile path from 79th street to Battery Park.  Along the way you will be dazzled by the beauty of Riverside Park, The NYC Skyline and Hudson River Park, NY Harbor and The Statue of Liberty plus dozens of other cool things to see along the way!

How It Works:

• You will meet the group on the Hudson River Path at the 79th Street Boat Basin.
• We will walk the 6 miles south to the lower tip of Manhattan. (approx 2 1/2 hours)
• When we get to NY Harbor the group will sit for a bite to eat on the benches while we take in the sites.

Cost:  $15 ($10 for VIP Members) includes guide fee only.

Can I come alone?  Yes, most guests do! It’s a great way to meet new people.

Ages: 21+

How difficult is the walk? The walk is all flat and is about 6 miles.  Y0u should be in fairly good shape.  This is not a race, we will set a nice pace. Bring water and lunch (or get lunch from food cart).

Dress Code:  Dress for the weather, wear comfortable shoes.

What if it rains?  We will determine if the walk will take place the night before if there is any question.  If the walk is rescheduled you may transfer to the new date, get a credit or a refund.

This event is nonrefundable unless canceled.  If you have tested positive for Covid or are sick with any ailment  that prohibits you from attending, we will do our best to provide you with credits for select future events with a copy of your positive test results or doctor’s note. Credits may or may not equal the cost of the event missed and may only be applied to events selected by NYSN.
