The New York Social Network (NYSN) has been planning events in and around the city since 2004!  There is something to choose from almost every night and several options each weekend!  It can be hard to figure out which ones may be best for you, especially if you have never been out before.

If you are new to the group or a long time member, this is a fun night to meet others and find out what what we have planned in the coming months. NYSN staff members will be on hand to welcome all New Members and introduce you to our long time members.

Other Meet Up and Social Networking groups/organizations often invite their members so you also get to network with people from similar groups.

The Empire Rooftop lounge overlooks Lincoln Center.  It has a retractable roof and will likely be enclosed until later in the spring.  There is an outdoor patio for fresh air.  The #1 train stops right across the street at Lincoln Center.

The night will include:

• NYSN Staff on hand to welcome you and introduce you to others.
• Music played at conversational levels
• Several interactive activities to get you mingling with others at the party with prizes!

Advance Cost:  $15 in advance / $10 for NYSN VIP members until 5pm the night of

Night of: $20 at the door for all

Covid Protocols

In accordance with current city and state protocols vaccination status is not mandatory for this event.  However we do ask that participants act in a responsible manner and do not attend if feeling ill, showing symptoms or have been recently exposed.  Mask wearing is optional and everyone should respect the comfort levels of others as we transition into this next phase of socializing in the Covid era.

Can I come alone?  Yes, 98% of those attending this event will likely register on their own. You welcome to bring as many non member guests, friends & co workers as you’d like, just make sure to register for the number of people that you want below. Our staff will be ready to greet you and introduce you to others whether you are on your own or with guests.

Do I need a ticket?  Unless otherwise instructed, if you registered and paid for this event or registered with a voucher your name will be on a list at the door.  If you register within 3 hours of the event it is best to bring proof of payment.   If registering with a voucher follow the instruction on the voucher.

Dress Code:  At all events we ask that you use your best judgement based on the event. There are never jackets and ties required unless specifically stated.  Keep it neat, be yourself and look your best always.

How will I find the group?  We will send you a confirmation email with exact locations, contact info and names of those who are hosting the event when you register for the event and send follow up emails as we get closer.

Ages: 21+  This event will attract mostly 20s-40s
