Experience Central Park in a whole new way with our Adults Only Eggs & Kegs Scavenger Hunt & Party!  It is a fun way to meet new people or hang out with familiar friends in NYC’s urban oasis! If you don’t have a team we will put you on one as you set out to find fun and historical things that are already part of the park.  You will also be looking for hidden eggs and mini kegs along the way! Following the hunt, you can join the post hunt party at a local pub.

How it works:

-Come alone or with friends.  We will set up the teams (teams of up to 5 only). If you have a team let us know.

-Each team will have 2 hours to find as many clues at they can inside the park (clues will be in historical markers, wildlife, street performers, tourists, fountains, statues, bridges and hidden secrets).

-There will also be over 100 eggs and mini kegs hidden along the way (in bushes, behind benches, under statues, and in the Ramble).  Each egg will be worth extra points for the teams that find them.  Each mini keg gets you a special prize at the after party.

-At the end of the 2 hours, each team will meet to see which group has uncovered the most clues to win prizes!

-The hunt will take place between Tavern on the Green and the Great Lawn (67th to 85th Streets) mostly on the west side of the park.  The hunt will end at a local pub on Amsterdam Ave and west 82nd.

Cost: $25 ($15 for NYSN VIP Members) until 12pm Friday, March 29th then $30 for all.

Dress code: Dress for the weather (rain or shine).

Is this going to be hard or do I need experience?  No, this is a fun hunt and designed to make the clues easy to find.

What if it rains? We will send updates before the event. If it is a washout the hut will be rescheduled for March 30th. If it just a light rain break out your umbrellas and ponchos.

Can I come alone? Yes, most guests do! It’s a great way to meet new people.

Illness Protocols/Refunds
This event is nonrefundable unless canceled.  If you have tested positive for Covid or are sick with any ailment  that prohibits you from attending, we will do our best to provide you with credits for select future events with a copy of your positive test results or doctor’s note. Credits may or may not equal the cost of the event missed and may only be applied to events selected by NYSN.
