Join members of The New York Social Network and Operation Holiday Impact as we collect funds and new unwrapped toys to help families in need at a special After Work Party at The GRAIN Bar and Food Court The Great Northern Food Hall at Grand Central.  We’ll have a special section of the bar set aside for our group too come together for socializing, cocktails, games, prizes and to make the holidays a little brighter for many! How it works:

  • We will be at The GRAIN BAR located in The Great Northern Food Hall in Grand Central.  This is the new food and drinks area located inside Vanderbilt Hall which is at the main entrance to Grand Central off 42nd street.

  • We ask that you either bring a new unwrapped toy or toys (valued at $15-$20) or a cash donation (or we will give you the link to make donations on line.
  • Our staff will be there to welcome you and introduce you to others at the party.
  • We’ll have games and prizes designed to get you mingling with others at the party.
The Great Northern Food Hall partners with farmers and producers of the New York region to create fresh, delicious, seasonal foods plus there are 2 great bars.

100% of the cash proceeds and toys collect will go directly to Operation Holiday Impact. Last year in a radical display of generosity over $150k was raised to provide brighter holidays for over 300 disadvantaged families in Long Island and NYC!  The $$ collected was given to O.I. volunteers where Target in Farmingdale, NY closed it’s doors for the volunteers to go on a private shopping spree for the families.  Those volunteers then sorted the merchandise and personally brought it to families in need.

Please invite your friends and colleagues or come on your own, either way you’ll be making a difference.
