“Midsummer” is an international holiday celebrated around the globe, including the States.  For the past 10 years, Meetup groups have gathered together to celebrate this occasion… In fact many of our members consider this to be the party of the summer!  This is not an NYSN only party, it is a partnership with NYSN and close to 40 different Meetup.com groups of all kinds. Is this event private? It will be 100% private for their Meetup party. Members can invite guests to join us.

How will I know who are NYSN members?  You won’t unless you ask.  We are posting this party because it is a great way to meet others outside our group.

What’s the venue like? 230 Fifth was voted #1 by Citysearch for Best New Bars/Lounges in New York City Voted ,#2 Best New Bar/Lounge in the United States by Citysearch, and voted #1 “To Do” in New York by Spur.

Is there a dress code or age/ethnic specific? No hats, sweats, t-shirts etc. Jeans ok. Dress stylish. It’s non-ethnic specific. General age range 21-55 but anyone 21 & older is welcome.

Can I come alone? Most come on their own. If you don’t know anyone, the ice breakers will help you meet others. Come alone or bring a friend – either way you’ll feel comfortable and have a great time.

How many will attend? This is a multi-Meetup event. This page only shows a small portion of the actual attendees. Based on prey-payments, we expect 200+ members attending.
