Join us for an exclusive culinary and cultural day trip to the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA)—alma mater of legends like Anthony Bourdain and Anne Burrell. Nestled above the Hudson River, the CIA offers breathtaking views of the Hudson Valley and a true farm-to-table dining experience at its acclaimed American Bounty restaurant.

✨ Experience Highlights:

  • 3-Course Gourmet Lunch at American Bounty (menu below)

  • Campus Tour with history and visits to additional restaurants and classrooms

  • Historic Mansion Visit to The Vanderbilt Mansion the last of the Guilded Age Mansions.

  • Scenic Travel with a relaxing train ride along the Hudson

🕘 Schedule:

  • 8:56 AM – Depart Grand Central (or meet at Poughkeepsie Station at 11:00 AM sharp)

  • 11 AM meet at Poughkeepsie Train Station

  • 11:15 – Explore the campus and classrooms

  • 12 PM – Lunch

  • 3PM: Visit to The Vanderbilt Mansion

  • 5:55 PM – Train departs Poughkeepsie back to NYC

💵 Cost:

  • $175 General / $165 Lifetime VIP Members
    Includes all activities, lunch, local transportation, and host fees.
    Train fare and alcohol not included.
