Join us for an exclusive culinary and cultural day trip to the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA)—alma mater of legends like Anthony Bourdain and Anne Burrell. Nestled above the Hudson River, the CIA offers breathtaking views of fall foliage and a true farm-to-table dining experience at its acclaimed American Bounty restaurant.

✨ Experience Highlights:

• 3-Course Gourmet Lunch in a private dining room at American Bounty (menu below)

• Campus Tour with insider history and visits to additional restaurants and classrooms

• Historic Mansion Visit to Locust Grove, home of Morse code inventor Samuel Morse—featuring lush gardens and an impressive art collection.  This will be another great stop to enjoy the Fall colors.

• Scenic Travel with a relaxing train ride along the Hudson

🕘 Schedule:

• 8:55 AM – Depart Grand Central (or meet at Poughkeepsie Station at 11:00 AM sharp)

• 11 AM meet at Poughkeepsie Train Station

• 11:15 – Explore the campus and classrooms

• 12 PM – Lunch

• 3PM: Visit to Locust Grove Mansion

• 5:55 PM – Train departs Poughkeepsie back to NYC
