Spring Kick Off Party

Spring is finally here! Celebrate with up to 100 friendly NYSN members and guests from a variety of social groups for a night designed to make coming solo feel comfortable, natural, and fun. Whether you’re looking to make friends, expand your social circle, network, or simply enjoy a great night out, this event is all about connections and making plans—your way.

What to Expect

• Glow Stick Icebreaker:
  At check-in, you’ll choose up to three glow stick colors, each representing an interest:

  • Green = Outdoor activities

  • Red = Singles events

  • Blue = Arts & culture

  • Yellow = Travel

  • (and more!)

  Wear your glow sticks and instantly see who shares your interests—conversation starters built right in.

• Easy, Guided Icebreakers:
  We’ll host a few optional, low-key icebreaker rounds to help you connect even more naturally.

• Friendly NYSN Hosts:
  Our hosts will be on hand all night to welcome you, make introductions, and help everyone feel included—especially if you’re arriving solo.

• A sneak peak at our Spring and Suimmer events.

• A Comfortable, Social Atmosphere:

  • Up to 100 members and guests in their 30s, 40s and 50s

  • The entire club reserved for us

  • Music at conversation-friendly levels

  • A well-balanced mix of ages, so everyone feels at ease

• Is this for singles?
  This event is for anyone looking to connect with others—friendship, socializing, networking, or something more. No pressure, no labels.

• Can I come alone?
  Absolutely. Most guests do, and many say that’s what makes it so easy to meet people.

• Ages: 21+

• Dress Code: Business casual / neat

• Cost:

  • $20 in advance (General Admission)

  • $10 for NYSN VIP Members (RSVP by 3pm Saturday)

  • $25 at the door or online after 3pm day-of
